AVI Mobility is the sister company and operates as a B2B service partner for automotive businesses. We are responsible for the technical, cosmetic and logistical preparation of vehicles prior to sale, delivery or remarketing.

Job description

As a Service Advisor, you combine customer reception, planning and administrative follow-up. You act as the link between the customer and the workshop, ensuring everything runs clearly, correctly and efficiently.

Customer contact & planning

  • Front desk reception
  • Telephone contact with customers
  • Scheduling workshop appointments
  • Preparing and explaining work orders
  • Explaining completed work and invoices

You maintain overview, planning and communication — even during busy periods.

Administration & follow-up

  • Registering customer and vehicle information
  • Following up on outstanding quotations
  • Invoicing work orders
  • Identifying and communicating additional repairs
  • Various administrative tasks related to the vehicle fleet
