All-round Wheel repair technician

You are responsible for the complete repair of wheels, from preparation to final finishing. Depending on your experience, you will take on responsibility immediately or continue to grow with support and on-the-job training.

The job consists of three clearly defined steps:

1. Preparation

• Removing and fitting tyres
• Balancing wheels
• Cleaning and stripping wheels
• Mechanical matting and surface preparation

2. Repair

• Sanding local damage (manually and using hand tools)
• Repairing kerb damage
• Operating a CNC machine for CNC wheels

3. Finishing

• Powder coating or wet painting of wheels
• Clear coating
• Final quality inspection

Who are we looking for?

• You have several years of relevant work experience in a technical or hands-on role
• Experience in damage repair, bodywork or paintwork is an advantage, but not a requirement
• You work accurately and have strong technical insight
• You are in good physical condition
• You are able to work independently
• You are willing to take responsibility and further develop your skills

We are open to:

• Experienced profiles who master the entire process (experience in tyre fitting is a plus),
• as well as candidates who already master part of the process and are eager to further improve their skills.
